The first Zumba class was awesome! Need a towel for next week, that's for sure.

Excellent! I'm not sure if we have to sign up by this weekend. That would be a question for Caryn...

Replying to myself again - I'm thinking about doing this for the Monday session - anyone else?

Have you done Zumba before? I have not and was wondering what folks think about it?!

From Caryn--

We are offering Zumba classes here at South Western on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning THIS Monday, October 6th and ending 7 weeks later on November 19th.

The specifics are as follows:
Mondays 3:30 to 4:30 with Tati McAllister
Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30 with Kelly Garcia

The classes will be held in the middle school gym.

Look in your email for the registration form that you will need to complete. Please sign up at the YMCA as soon as possible!!! If you have not seen it yet or are a bit uncertain - show up and take a look - you will love it!

Jenn,
I could do a walk with you and the boys some time (with or without my kiddos). How long is the Codorus walk?

100 Pushups Challenge

Combine this challenge http://hundredpushups.com/ with the 10,000 step challenge! That's taking it to the next level for sure! It's a 6 week training program, so wouldn't be as long as the 10,000 step challenge. You could stagger the implementation.

I can tell that I'm making a more conscious effort to walk more. I bet there were days in the past were I did less than 2000 steps in a day. Just tracking the steps is helpful to get me moving more. I know the same thing happens when I track what I eat - although I am not doing that right now:)
